An intriguing compendium of '69 NY Mets memorabilia including several, hard-to-find autographs of relatively obscure players (brief stints with the Mets), a few publications, Susan Rini '69 Mets Championship Year PC set, clippings, stories. But the real Heart & Soul of this collection lies in the (15) copies of correspondence between the fan and NY Mets players (ie: Don Cardwell, Ron Taylor, Bobby Pfeil, Eddie Yost, Rod Gaspar, Ed Charles, Jerry Koosman, Jerry Grote, Al Weiss, Ralph Kiner (Broadcaster - HOF), Don Clendenon, Ken Boswell, Bud Harrelson, Ron Swoboda, Duffy Dyer, Jack DiLaurio, Wayne Garrett. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the players did not respond.
